Terms and Conditions for “Invoice Cost Plus $1” Promotion

Promoter: Queensland Caravan Clearance Centre (QCCC) 

Applicable Models: NEWGEN Caravans – Current On-Hand Stock Only 

1. Promotion Overview 

• This promotion applies only to the NEWGEN Caravans model range currently in stock at Queensland Caravan Clearance Centre (QCCC). 
• Under this promotion, eligible customers can purchase a NEWGEN Caravan at the invoice cost plus $1 (the “Offer”). 

2. Eligibility 

• The Offer is available to individual customers purchasing for personal use only. 
• Not applicable to fleet buyers, businesses, or wholesalers. 

3. Applicable Stock 

• The Offer is strictly limited to current on-hand stock of NEWGEN Caravans at QCCC. 
• Stock is sold on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability at the time of purchase. 
• No rainchecks, back orders, or substitutions will be offered under this promotion. 

4. Pricing Conditions 

• The “invoice cost” is defined as the documented purchase cost of the caravan paid by QCCC to the supplier, excluding any additional charges such as transportation, preparation, or associated costs. 
• Invoice documentation will not be provided to the customer but is verified by QCCC management for accuracy and compliance. 
• The final sale price will be the invoice cost plus $1, inclusive of GST but exclusive of any optional extras, registration, insurance, or additional fees. 

5. Exclusions 

The Offer does not apply to: 

• Pre-owned, demo, or consignment caravans. 
• New caravans not currently in stock. 
• Optional extras, upgrades, accessories, or custom modifications. 
• Delivery fees, registration, insurance, or other costs associated with the purchase. 

6. Payment Terms 

• Full payment or minimum deposit must be made at the time of purchase to secure the Offer. 
• Financing options may be available but are subject to the approval of the financing provider and may incur additional fees. 

7. Non-Transferable Offer 

• The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers. 
• The Offer is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be assigned or transferred to another party. 

8. Promotion Period 

• The promotion commences on 12/12/2024 and ends on 14/12/2024, or while stocks last, whichever occurs first. 
• QCCC reserves the right to terminate, extend, or modify the promotion at any time without notice. 

9. Cancellation and Refunds 

• Standard cancellation and refund policies apply. 
• If the purchaser cancels the sale, any deposits or payments may be forfeited in accordance with QCCC’s refund policy. 

10. Dispute Resolution 

• Any disputes arising from this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

• These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.

13. Governing Law 

• This promotion is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
